Can a person be saved without being baptized?

Many people believe that you must be baptized to be a Christian. The answer, however, is a little more complicated than that. Baptism is the initial step of your Christian journey, but it is not the end.

You will never join Jesus and the Father without it, though! After you have been baptized and repent of your sins, you will accept Jesus Christ as your savior.

This will initiate the process of being baptized with God’s holy spirit, God’s presence in you.

Which is just one step of your Christian journey. So, whether or not you are baptized, being a Christian is the first step to salvation. Good luck with your baptism!

Christians are followers of Jesus. We believe that he is God’s son, who came to earth as a man and died for our sins on the Cross.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ gives us faith in the forgiveness of your sins. He rose from death three days later and has been with us throughout his followers’ lives, guiding them.

John the baptist baptism is the last of the three baptisms in john’s gospel, occurring four chapters after he baptized Jesus himself.

Which tells you the importance of baptism. I mean, if the son of God got baptized, then you know it is important.

Do you have to be baptized to be a Christian?

You can never join Jesus and the Father in his kingdom if you are not baptized. The Bible warns believers about false teachers who will bring false teachings.

So if you’re not sure whether you’re a believer or not, the best thing to do is to ask God himself. He will guide you in the right direction.

Just know this, Jesus himself was baptized, and that alone should tell you it is an essential requirement to your salvation.

Baptism is one of the first steps a person receiving Christ must take. If a person has not been baptized, then he can not be saved by baptism. There are many passages to back this up from Ephesians 4:5-6 and John 3:3

Many people have the idea that baptism is part of the conversion. However, a person needs to be baptized to become Christian, and only then can he or she experience Christ’s indwelling sanctification and eternal life in God.

The apostles were ministers who baptized sinners. They did carry out this mission from Jesus himself.

As I said, anyone telling you that baptism is not required, just run in the opposite direction from them because those individuals are antichrists.

What is Christian baptism?

There is a lot of confusion surrounding the topic of baptism. It’s not simply the sprinkling of water on you or standing in the rain.

It is the submersion of water baptism we speak of. It is a process you must go through. But first, you must learn about God’s laws and requirements.

Also, you must start to live your life by them. That’s just the beginning of being a Christian. After you’ve begun obeying God’s laws, you can seek baptism.

Baptism is not the end goal; it’s the beginning of your journey of becoming a Christian. So, what are you waiting for? Start learning about baptism and start living by God’s laws today. God is waiting for you.

Is baptism necessary for salvation?

There are many misconceptions about baptism, and many believe it is unnecessary for salvation. But this is not the case at all. Baptism is the first step in repentance and faith and is a sign of commitment to live and breathe God’s way of life.

It is also the doorway to the Kingdom of God; without it, you will never be a part of God’s kingdom. So, if you’re serious about your faith, baptism is the first step you must take.

What happens if you never get baptized?

There is a lot of talk about baptism these days. Some people say you must be baptized to be a Christian, while others say baptism is not required.

The answer is that everyone who has ever lived will eventually be baptized. Yes, I realize how that sounds, but anyone who has lived will get a second chance in the resurrection. That is what the resurrection is for.

All those people who never even heard the word Jesus will get their opportunity to live God’s way of life during the Millenium.

Either way, baptism is an essential step in following Jesus Christ, and it can help you receive forgiveness and eternal life in the end.

You must be baptized, repent of your sins, and accept Jesus Christ as your savior to receive God’s holy spirit. This is just the beginning of your Christian journey. You will never join Jesus and the Father without it!

However, as Jesus said in Luke 14:28-30, “For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? 29 Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, 30 Saying, This man began to build and was unable to finish.”

Lord Jesus was referring to the total commitment you must make to join him in the kingdom of God. This should not be taken lightly by anyone.

This is not a game; this is a serious commitment to live and breathe God’s way of life.

To live like Jesus did sinlessly and to love everyone as a brother. or as Jesus said in John 13:34, “A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.”

That part alone will stop many people from becoming faithful Christian today. The world is becoming a terrible place to live with all the woke talk, sex, and drugs.

There is a perfect description for today’s world in II Timothy 3:2-5, “For men shall be lovers of their selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. Note: In verse 4, Traitors, we have our unfair share of those today, even in the white house :).

See, I told you it was the perfect description for today’s world. You have to understand that Satan is the God of this world II Corinthians 4:4 “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”

See, I told you Satan is the god of this world; yes, God the Father is still on his throne in heaven with Jesus on his right side controlling Satan. Otherwise, Satan would have killed every last thing on this planet already!

Be careful today as it says in II Peter 3:3 “Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last day’s scoffers, walking after their own lusts.”

How do you become baptized?

Baptism – Laying on of hands – Praying to God to accept this person (me)

Baptism is an essential part of Christianity and is often seen as the first step in becoming a Christian. Again, Baptism is not sprinkling some water on you.

It takes time to learn about God’s laws and start living by them. That is just the beginning; you must start there.

All of us must live by around 613 laws and statutes. No, I have not memorized all those; I am not sure I could. I am no genius and do not have a photographic memory.

However, everyone must remember the 11 commandments, the 10 given in Exodus 20, and the new one Jesus gave us in John 13:34.

As it says in Deuteronomy 6:8 “And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.” God will help anyone who is genuinely committed to this way of life.

You try, and God will start to give you the strength you need to continue. Once you have been in the correct church for a time and show that you are indeed are committed to this life, you can become baptized, which is total immersion in water and the laying on hands.

What does baptism symbolize?

I realize that there is a lot of confusion surrounding baptism. Some people believe baptism is a requirement for salvation, while others think it’s just a symbolic act of repentance and identification with the Christian community.

Look, let’s just cut to the chase. What is the end goal of every Christian? It is eternal life in the kingdom of God, right?

To live forever with Jesus and our Father God, right? So, what exactly does that mean? Let me ask you a question: Why did God create the universe, why did God create the earth, why did God create YOU? Answer: The simple answer to all of these questions is God is reproducing himself.

Yes, you read that right; God created males and females to reproduce so that God’s family could expand. Baptism symbolizes our commitment to God; we are saying to God that we want to be a part of his family.

We are telling God we will do anything to join him and Jesus in their kingdom and live forever and serve them.

Is being baptized a requirement to be a Christian?

YES, it is required to be a Christian, just like we need air to live. Baptism is the only way to enter God’s kingdom, period. So, anyone who tells you ah it’s not required, you should run in the other direction.

Just like anyone who tells you the old testament is just an ancient book that is not required is foolish. Jesus and all the apostles quoted the old testament all the time.

When Satan confronted Jesus in Matthew 4:1-10, Jesus quoted Deuteronomy 8:3, 6:16, and Exodus 20:3 to Satan for all his counterarguments. The old testament is essential to every Christian. It contains the laws which can be found in the Torah, which is the first five books of the bible.

Are there any other requirements for becoming a Christian?

I sincerely hope you realize this is not just a lifelong commitment not to sin as you have done your entire life, but a lot more. All of us live under what I call a three-world system.

There was the pre-flood world, then there is what we are living in right now, and then there is the third world, the millennium, which is to come.

The millennium is the first resurrection in which all those who did not make it the first time get their second chance.

When Jesus returns, it will not be rainbows and lollipops; it will be the worst time in human history. First, there will be a one-world government, which the elites are working on now.

You know the “You will own nothing and be happy” crowd. So this world will be a horrible place to live in. Secondly, Jesus will kick the poop out of everyone and then the resurrection.

Yes, we get to live through a lot of the horrible stuff; great, right? But all those who make it (I have no idea if I will, just to be honest about this) will be caught up to Jesus in the clouds but only after the dead in Christ rise first.

All those in the grave are sleeping, as the bible tells us. No one is in heaven except God, Jesus, and the angels. Just read John 3:13 “And no one hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.”

Now you know what is coming and required; still interested?

Good, because there is a lot more to this; in fact, I want to share something very special with you that you are going to love: I Corinthians 2:9-10 ” But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.”

In I Corinthians, Paul quoted Isaiah 64:4 “For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.” I have no idea what will if that does not get your heart beating. God reproduces himself; all those who make it will be spirit beings.

You can travel across the entire universe at the speed of thought. You can do anything you want; you will have so much power you will be a god. As it said in the spiderman movie, “with great power comes great responsibilities.”

God will not; I repeat, God will not allow just anyone to have that kind of power. You already know what happened with Satan. So God is being very careful to make sure that never happens again. You will never make it if you have bad thoughts, just a little evil.

This is why I said I do not even know if I will make it; the truth is no one knows if they will make it. We only know a few that will make it, like Mosses, Daniel, Noah, Job, King David, Abraham, Jacob, and Isaac. However, these are top-of-the-line human beings that are difficult to replicate.

God wants all to be saved, seriously I Timothy 2:4-6, “Who will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.”

All those men were righteous, humble men who loved God more than they loved their own life, which is a requirement for each of us. Luke 14:26 “If any man come to me, and hate (means love less) not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.”

Operations Manual – The Bible (Holy Scriptures)

Look, the bible contains 66 books, 750,000 words; it tells us from the beginning to the end of man. The book of Revelation tells us about the end of man, and it’s a doozy.

However, did you also know that one-third is the future prophecy?

Yes, the future is written in advance. My whole life, people say, how do you know that the bible is the word of God or even real?

Well, how many people do you know that took the time to read the Bible and verify what it said about the future did come true? Not all of the future statements are for the end.

A great many have already happened. Only the one true God knows the actual future and what will happen before it does happen.

Which also makes every other religion in the world FAKE! Yes, this includes the fastest growing religion, currently “Islam,” which only became a religion 600 years AFTERChrist walked the earth.

In essence, to be a Christian means to have faith in Jesus as your savior. That’s why Christians go through baptism.

The interpretation of this is that when you are baptized into Christ by being immersed underwater, then what happens to you spiritually takes place too; once having been buried with him, we also rise from the dead through our union with his resurrection power (Romans 6:3-4). Baptism should be done.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I be a Christian without being baptized?

No, you cannot pretend to be a Christian like the Catholics. Baptism is an essential step in becoming a Christian, and without it, your faith is not valid.

Why did Jesus baptize people (even if they weren’t believers)?

No, Jesus did not baptize people who were not believers. Everyone in Jesus’ time believed in God- they just had different beliefs about what God was like and how He interacted with the world.

Does this change anything about my relationship with God?

You must first have a relationship with Him before you can be baptized. Once you have that relationship, baptism will simply confirm it.

What is the difference between baptism and receiving Jesus as your savior?

There is no real difference between being baptized and receiving Jesus as your savior. They are both steps in the process of salvation.

Doesn’t baptism mean that you are automatically saved?

Baptism does not mean that you are automatically saved. The Bible teaches that it takes serious commitment on our part to be saved.

Baptism is a sign of repentance and faith in Jesus Christ as our savior. It is through baptism that we receive forgiveness of our sins and become part of the body of Christ. Baptism also symbolizes our death from sin and resurrection to new life.

Conclusion

Suppose you want to live forever and be with God and Jesus. In that case, you must join the correct church (Church of God), get baptized, and study your bible II Timothy 2:15.” Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

Be the best you can be in this life, and maybe you will make it. There is no guarantee of any kind in the bible that says you will make it.

We all must work hard to get there or fail. Oh, and by the way, the word “hell” means grave; it’s an old English term. The Catholics dreamed up the ever-burning hell, Christmas, and all that other malarky that is not in the bible.

They will pay the price for that, I assure you. They were hoodwinked by Satan, just like billions of people worldwide.

I hope you got a lot out of this or, at the very least, learned a lot.
